HERO PROGRAM

Our program guidelines are outlined below, but we encourage everyone that provides life saving and life changing service to their community.  Our friendly staff will be glad to help you find ways that you might qualify for our assistance program.

4. We also accept physical copies mailed to our office at 1566 Whiting Way, Lugoff, SC, 29078. Please include your contact information with any physical copies you send in.

• In order to get the discount, you need an account with us. We ask that before applying, you create your account: https://redeemrx.com/account/register
• You must live in the US to qualify.
• We ask that you use your CBD discount for yourself only.
• This discount cannot be used with other coupon codes or affiliate commissions.
• There are some qualifying documents listed below. Please call us if you have any questions.
• If possible, please black out your SSN on any documentation.
• Once you have sent your documents, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your request. Once your request is approved, you will be given a coupon code to use that will give you 33% off. You will need to be logged in to place your purchase using the coupon code.

All US Military, Veterans and First Responders qualify for our CBD Assistance Program for 33% off all CBD products. If possible, please black out your SSN on any documentation.

Qualifying documents include:

• Copy of VA card
• Copy of your ID card
• DD-214 (or other honorable discharge paperwork)
• Military service records
• State-issued driver’s license (OR) photo ID with a “veteran” classification.

A copy of your teachers certificate or employment documentation or other relevant documentation.  If possible, please black out your SSN on any documentation.

Qualifying documents include:

• Copy of your state issued teacher's certificate
• Any other relevant documentation to demonstrate your employment as a teacher at any level

Any front-line medical personnel including nurses, nurses assistances, private caregivers, doctors, and physician's assistants, will qualify.  We can't name all professions but we want to support anyone that is serving the sick, elderly, or disabled.  If possible, please black out your SSN on any documentation.

Qualifying documents include:

• Profession certifications
• Documentation of employment with a medical care facility or caregiving establishment.
