You can scan the QR code using the camera app on your phone or any QR code scanning app. This QR code will take you directly to our Certificates of Analysis Test Results page. On this page of our website, you can search for the batch or lot number and find the corresponding Certificate of Analysis. You can also find test results for all previous batches and compare them for consistency.

These unbiased, third-party test results cover product effectiveness such as CBD potency, THC level, and terpene concentrations, as well as product safety, testing for residual solvents, heavy metals, aflatoxins, pesticides and more. A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, helps to keep our customers safe and informed, and ensures that our products are made to specification.

That's why we adhere to what is known as current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). At their core, current Good Manufacturing Practices are a set of guidelines enforced by the FDA for manufacturers of medical devices, food, supplements, animal feed and veterinary drugs, and human drug products. While the FDA doesn't regulated CBD products, by self-imposed adherence to cGMP manufacturing standards, we reassure our customers that our products are high-quality, safe, and effective.

 

Our Story

Redeem™ got started out of a personal desire to help a close friend find natural relief during a battle with cancer. What started as skepticism for founder, Mat Fairfax, soon turned into a mission to provide pharmacy-grade CBD products at an accessible price.

In 2013, with a background in pharmaceuticals, Mat began researching and fact-checking all of the skepticism surrounding CBD and medical marijuana as a source of natural treatment or relief for cancer, arthritis, anxiety, sleep, and other ailments. He soon gathered a team of professionals who, with collective background in pharmaceuticals, were able to aid in his research.

Concurrent with our rising excitement about CBD, the 2014 Farm Bill was approved. This allowed research and limited commercial production of CBD products. As commercial products began to appear, we couldn’t help but notice that inconsistencies in farming practices, hemp handling, and manufacturing processes often provided unbalanced formulations.

The CBD market was flooded with substandard products.

The FDA randomly tested CBD tinctures and found that the majority were grossly under the stated concentration of CBD. In fact, some contain no CBD at all. Others confused Hemp Seed Oil, which does not contain CBD, with true hemp extract from the hemp flower, which is the only source of CBD. While the lack of potency concerned us, we were fearful of the potential for serious harm caused by contamination with pesticides, residual extraction solvents, and fungus derived toxins (aflatoxins)--not to mention our concerns about the general lack of documentation, processing controls, and adequate testing (cGMP). Put simply, we were truly alarmed. We found our calling! And, Redeem™ was formed.

In May of 2018, Redeem Therapeutics was launched. Our primary goal is to help you take back your health by providing information and natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals that empower you to improve your physical and mental wellness. From Seed to Sale, Our CBD Products Are Completely Crafted in the Carolinas

Starting on a small farm in Franklin, NC, our cannabinoid-rich, USDA certified organic hemp is planted from seed, grown, and harvested in the foothills of the southern Appalachian Mountains. It's then brought into our Columbia, SC extraction lab where it gets extracted and manufactured cleanly and precisely, using only the finest, natural ingredients.

Redeem™ Therapeutics is proud to provide CBD products that are made from start to finish locally. From beginning to end, we know everything that goes into our products. Our products are all-natural, non-GMO and cruelty-free and gluten-free.

We get our hemp directly from the Appalachian Growers and love to visit the farm. The Appalachian Growers use innovative natural solutions to keep their pest control down, including the housing of a colony of Purple Martins (a North American swallow) to help keep the flying insect population at bay.

By using Integrated Pest Management (IPM), the Appalachian Growers are proactive with natural solutions and only use OMRI (OrganicMaterials Review Institute) certified products on an as-needed basis.
