Everyone is different. That is why we offer several CBD gummy options for sleep. Our number one selling sleep gummy contains CBD, CBN, melatonin, and botanicals such as lemon balm and passion flower. This product is THC Free. Most of our customers swear by this formulation but some do not enjoy the effects of melatonin.

For those that are comfortable taking THC and want to avoid melatonin, we offer our THC Sleep Gummies with 7mg each of CBD, CBN, and Delta 9 THC. Alternatively, many enjoy the relaxation and sedation of our 15mg Delta 8 gummies.

No. The FDA does not regulate CBD or other cannabinoid products. If your CBD company claims that their products are FDA approved, that should be a big redflag. The only involvement the FDA currently has with CBD products is to monitor marketing information to ensure that CBD companies are not making claims that their products treat or cure specific health conditions.

Yes. CBD and THC gummies are legal on the federal level as long as they contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC and are derived from hemp, not marijuana. The answer is maybe. There is a lot of confusion about the difference between hemp and CBD. Some of the confusion is intentional. Since there are restrictions on CBD marking on Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, and Google, many companies are marketing their products as “Hemp” in order to get around these restrictions. The problem is that they can not list active ingredients like CBD specifically. Therefore, the labeling does not include how much, if any, CBD is in the product. Our Broad Spectrum CBD gummies will not cause you to fail a drug test. However, any of our gummies that contain Delta 9 or Delta THC will cause you to test positive for THC. If you are subject to drug testing, we recommend you do not use our Full Spectrum products.
